| ARTS ARENA AT AKU |
 On Sunday 16th of October, Aga Khan Education Service of Pakistan had organized an event titled "Arts arena" on "Career Awareness". More than 150 participants attended the program. Moreover, arts professionals and experts shared their time and knowledge related to their field of expertise as panel guest in the program.   Students from Aga Khan School and College were the listeners, students showed their interest in textile designing and fashion designing some of them were interested in arts and graphic designing also. The program had 5 different aspects in it.
Careers in Performing Arts
Mr Umair Saeed represented Textile Institute of Pakistan in the panel.
It was an interactive talk show where guest panel had an open forum interview regarding their field of expertise.
Students from NAPA (National Academy of Performing Arts) also proved their talents by performing "Taleem e Balighan" in the end of the program. The rationale behind this Career Awareness program is that, do a self Assessment! discover your self, find what your hidden talent is, identify your strengths and learn what you can do best!! |
